With a long love for dance, Michelle became a Bellyfit® and Zumba™ instructor in 2010. Focusing on balance, alignment, body love and women's health, Michelle now teaches Bellyfit® and Bellyfit Sage™ four days a week. Using her education in rehabilitation medicine, she also offers guided meditations and stretching classes every Monday to Friday.
